This session focuses on clearing blockages in your body’s twelve main meridians, helping your natural energy — or Qi — flow more freely. Like a river finding its path again, this supports your breath, digestion, and heart health without extra effort. You come away with a steadier balance between calm (yin) and clarity (yang), and a warmer, more grounded sense of flow.
Activating the Microcosmic Orbit
This session introduces the Microcosmic Orbit, a classic Qigong practice that circulates energy up the spine and back down the front of your body. You’ll learn to move this energy gently, guided by your breath, warming your whole body from within. Once familiar, this becomes a resource you can return to any time you want more balance and inner clarity.
Balancing Yin and Yang Within
This session restores balance between your active and receptive sides — Yin and Yang. You’ll let the calm of Yin soften tension while the energy of Yang brings clarity and momentum, working together rather than pulling apart. The result is a steadier equilibrium, so giving and receiving, rest and action, feel more naturally in sync.
